Our client is an established provider of aged and community services in the NSW Illawarra/South Coast regions. With a focus on innovation, in the near future it will launch a new aged care service that requires major OD input for success. The organisation is known for its dynamic culture and has a Head Office in the Wollongong area.
The Role and Why it’s for You
Reporting to a GM that is responsible for both service development and HR you will:-
* lead OD for the entire organisation
* develop learning frameworks, learning content and implementation strategy, and manage implementation via both external providers and internal resources
* develop and implement a Learning Management System and e-learning platforms
* manage the organisation’s culture change program
* oversee talent management and leadership capacity-building programs
The Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
* an innovator with OD experience in some of the areas outlined above
* exposure to development of a Learning Management System
* ability to develop strategy and take it through to implementation
* strong change management, project management and stakeholder relationship-building skills
