Our client is a leading boutique provider of aged care services in Sydney. It is undergoing a major growth phase with a significant expansion project underway. This organisation is undertaking leading edge, technology-driven service initiatives in the aged care sector.
The Role and Why it’s for You
In this role you will have the challenge of instilling excellence in the delivery of residential and home care services for the aged. You will:
- oversee Quality for the organisation (incl. service and clinical excellence)
- build a framework and culture that drives service excellence
- manage the organisation’s aged care compliance obligations
- develop strong relationships with agencies and government departments
- in time, ID business opportunities and innovate for competitive advantage.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
- aged care, community or health care background
- a solid understanding of Quality management
- strong clinical management experience (clinician or clinical ops)
- a doer that can move from strategy to implementation
- an innovator that embraces technology as an enabler
- someone that thrives on change and can operate at a fast pace
- solid insights into customer service and the delivery of it now, and in the future, in the care services environment.
