Saffron Shores was founded in 2013 to bring together aged, community and healthcare organisations with exceptional leaders and managers that can guide them through the changes taking place in these sectors.

We have expanded over the last 4 years and, today, Saffron Shores offers both an Executive Search Service as well as a Health Recruitment service. What has stayed the same is our mission to create positive change for individuals and companies by matching the right people with the right roles.

We offer services throughout the Australian Eastern States in metro, regional and country areas, with a head office in Sydney.

Executive Search

Saffron Shores Executive provides search and selection solutions for leaders at the senior management and executive levels.  We conduct searches for:

  • Executive and board roles
  • Senior business management roles including state & regional roles, and service, facility and program roles
  • Senior specialist roles such as sales, marketing, HR and Finance professionals.

Health Recruitment

The Saffron Shores Health team specialises in recruitment solutions for the aged, community and health care sectors.   For many years we have worked with managers in these sectors including General Managers, Facility and Service Managers, Clinical Managers, Quality Managers and other specialists.

In 2018, following requests from many of our clients, we have extended our health recruitment service by launching a dedicated RN recruitment service for the aged, community and health sectors.

Chantel is a Recruitment Specialist at Saffron Shores, working on the recruitment of junior to middle management roles in the aged and health care sectors. Chantel background is in recruitment and HR Management, both in Australia and overseas.

IAIN MCDONALD

DIRECTOR

Iain’s background is primarily in strategic planning and new markets development. He has held executive roles in local and international services, industrial and management consulting industries. Iain is involved in the development and delivery of programs that build strategic planning and market development capabilities in management teams.
